A working list of seeds for our garden in the spring...

[this may not be at all interesting to anyone; feel free to skip this post]

Whenever possible, we'll be planting heirloom varieties of these veggies/herbs. I will resist getting on my soapbox about how much I despise industrial agriculture (another post for another time, perhaps), but I will say, in my experience, heirloom vegetables taste SO MUCH better than pedestrian supermarket vegetables. Don't mean to be a food snob. It's just the truth. I am kind of a food snob, though.

Anyway, I've included the specific varieties we're going to try, in case you are interested in checking them out. This will also serve as a working list for Theseus and I to refer back to and make changes to as time goes on.
