Just wanted to stop by quickly to let you all know I may not post very much for the next few days. I'm leaving shortly for New York; I'll be welcoming in the New Year with J and Mer! I'm really excited to see them again, and it will be fun to have an adventure or two in the city. :)

This week got off to a crappy start, but I'm feeling much better. Now that the holidays are pretty much over, my next hurdle is my 10-day Bio course. Then a week to recover and then school starts again full time. It'll get easier once I have a routine again and won't have to wander aimlessly around the house feeling sorry for myself.

Well, I have to get into the shower now so I can leave NJ on time. Hope you all have a great New Year's Eve! :)

It's your lucky day: more of my bookmarks to look at! (Part 1 can be found here.)

This collection is part of my growing Honey-Do List. Click the blue links to see some of the great things I have lined up for my husband to do when he gets home!

I haven't written much about the baby lately, mostly because there isn't a whole lot to say. He dances furiously for a few hours and sleeps the rest of the time (or just dances quietly?). A tough life.

I have not been having it so easy, though. I'm always tired (and hungry). I'm slow. My hips and lower back scream for days. I feel like I'm as big as the moon. Everyone wants to touch me and fawn over me and I just want to be left alone.

I know, I know, soon there will be better days. The baby will be here and Theseus will be home and I'll be happy again. Right now, though, this is just about the worst I've ever felt in my life.

I love and miss you more than I could ever put into words.

Subtitle: I haven't blogged in a week and clearly I have forgotten how to be interesting*

A nice woman at Panera gave me a free oatmeal raisin cookie.

It was cold outside.

I ate a piece of pizza that tasted like soap and then threw up later that night.

My niece threw a stuffed Big Bird at me (actually I think she was just throwing it and I just got in the way).

I went into two stores and didn't buy anything for myself.

My mother's Christmas present arrived in the mail (freakin finally).

I ran into my former roommate at a bar and he tried to buy me a drink and when I explained I wasn't drinking, he bought me a cranberry juice and told me it was good for the baby.

T and I successfully completed Operation Buy JTD a Present.

I received approx 15 hugs.

I didn't hit a deer.

*This post is terrible. I'll try harder tomorrow.

There is always a possibility that I will die alone in my house (from starvation or overexertion due to something strenuous like vacuuming) and be eaten by cats, but I assure you, this has not happened to me (yet).

One of the following things did happen to me, though. I'll let you decide which one it was:

(a) I fell asleep and woke up and it was a week later
(b) aliens took me on a vacation in their spaceship
(c) I was kidnapped by pirates
(d) I was doing something super-important that took up all of my time
(e) I was too lazy to post anything

But now I'm done being asleep/in space/kidnapped/important/too lazy, so I will try to start posting regularly again. I might even post some holiday photos.

Maybe.
